2019 – A Year in Review
2019 – A Year in Review
As 2019 comes to a close, we thought it would be a good idea to update all of our customers on the progress we have been making throughout the year. There have been many new developments, and we’re excited to share the news!
myRMIS 2.0
Our next-generation platform, myRMIS 2.0, is up and running! Our new platform has a fresh new look and will enable new features and increased performance. We are currently transferring all myRMIS 1.0 modules to the new platform.
Certificates of Insurance
Certificates of Insurance (COI) management module has been transferred to myRMIS 2.0, and we are currently transitioning customer data to the new platform. COI 2.0 will increase our automation, simplify our reporting, and enhance our communication with vendors.
Document Warehousing
The final touches on our Document Warehousing module are being added. The new look and interface will bring a modern feel and easier navigation. New file types are being enabled, including embedded videos and audio, which will allow new applications such as centralized training videos.
Claims
Our claims module is complete and in Beta testing. New features, such as a report queue that will save your reports for a later time, will streamline the process of viewing and reporting claims. The performance is increased, as well.
Real-Time Dashboard with Analytics
The new dashboard will allow you to configure analytics for all of our modules, utilizing graphs, images, and any data in the system. Track your highest claims, claims year over year, active COI vendors, and more! Choose which dashboard widgets matter to you. And we’ll be able to customize any new widgets as needed in the future. Our notification system will be fully integrated into the dashboard, allowing any notifications or reminders to to show up right on the dashboard.
Services
Our work doesn’t end with the software. RAR Risk, our service company, has been working on improvements in all of our service items.
Claims Management
Expansion of processes and licencing will allow us to expand our capabilities beyond Nonsubscription and into other liability lines.
Bill Review
Enhancement of various process improvements is increasing our efficiency and integration with the myRMIS 2.0 platform
Certificates of Insurance Management
Workflow enhancements utilizing the COI 2.0 platform will ensure the highest level of management and visibility.
With all of our services, the myRMIS 2.0 platform will allow you visibility into our service.
As you can see, a lot has been going on here in 2019. We are excited to get our customers on our new platform. Look for some emails in the coming months as we work on our transition plan. We expect all transitions to complete in the 1st half of 2020. Please contact me if you have any questions or need any additional details on the myRMIS 2.0 platform or any of our coming enhancements.
As always, all we do at WRA Risk is driven by the needs of our clients, so feel free to comment on anything you would like to see in our new platform. The best software is software that can grow as needs grow, and we feel we have a scalable offering with built in configurability and expandability.
